Mustard Seeds
Diced Onions
Tomato paste
Chili/coriander powder
Turmeric powder
Eggplant
Drumstick
Directions:
In oil, sauté mustard seeds, diced onions, tomato paste. Add eggplant and drumstick. Add salt, turmeric, chili/coriander powder and cook until done. Lastly, add coriander leaves and curry leavers
